AETN operates six licensed broadcast transmitters around the state of Arkansas, all communication regarding Closed Captions should be submitted to the broadcast headquarters in Conway. These six licenses are:

• KAFT-13 / Fayetteville
• KEMV-6 / Mountain View
• KETG-9 / Arkadelphia
• KETS-2 / Little Rock
• KETZ-12 / El Dorado
• KTEJ-19 / Jonesboro

Before sending a formal, written complaint, we recommend that you first contact the AETN Captioning Hotline. We may be able to resolve your problem quickly without the need for a formal complaint. In any event, we will respond to your written complaint within 30 days.
