"Design Squad Nation" launches a new Engineering website for your budding do-it-yourselfer! Tweens, families…anyone can be an engineer here.  This interactive community challenges kids to express their adventurous, do-it-yourself spirit by providing a forum to share their ideas with like-minded creative kids.  Make a balloon engine, learn how roller coasters work, share your own ideas and more!

Here are some examples of what you'll find:
  • Mechanical engineer Sarah Grenier fulfills her need for speed by transforming her beat up VW into a sleek, slick race car…and races it herself in this clip!
