Are you going to vote? Get informed!

Posted on 21 Sep 2010

In case you haven't noticed, it's election season.

So if you're looking for a one-stop shop to learn about the candidates and what issues are important to fellow Arkansans, then you need to visit the AETN elections site.

On the site, you can find information about each candidate, ballot issues and a debate schedule, but I think one of the best features of the site is the candidate Q&A. We asked each candidate the following questions and you can read their answers on the site.

  • What do you consider to be the most important issue affecting Arkansans?
  • How do you plan to address this issue?
  • What do you hope to accomplish while in office?

The site also features voter resources including how to register, where to vote and how to get your voice heard.

Even if you don't know much about politics or the candidates, I encourage you to visit the AETN elections site to learn what you will need to be an informed voter come Election Day.
