“Downton Abbey” Season II Marathon this Sunday at noon

Posted on 08 Jun 2012

Downton Abbey graphicDon’t miss the “Downtown Abbey” Season II Marathon this Sunday starting at noon and ending at 11 p.m.  That’s right…you heard me…11 straight hours of Mary’s conundrums, Thomas’s shenanigans, Matthew’s floppy blond hair, and flowy but full-of-angst music that sticks to your gooey center.  Grab your tea and biscuits and settle in Sunday afternoon for a massive dose of Masterpiece goodness with all seven episodes of Season II.

If you are green to the "Downton Abbey" world, get yourself a crash course of Season I first.

Not that you need a refresher, but what else have you got to do while you wait for Season III this January?  Have Thomas shine your shoes.  Find someone else to beat the dirty rugs.  (Watch the cast comments about Season III and the Roaring Twenties here)

And, if you haven’t seen it, you’re in for some out-of-this-world eye/heart/ear/brain candy.

TUNE IN:  Masterpiece Classic “Downton Abbey” Sunday, June 10, from 12 p.m.-11p.m.
