High school choirs shine on AETN

Ten Arkansas high school choirs will perform with nationally acclaimed composer Tim Janis in his new "Celebrate America" musical special on AETN Thursday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m.

If you know a student at any of these high schools, be sure to tune in!

Here's a list of schools and songs performed:

  • Harding Academy: "Bugle Boy"
  • Valley View High School: "Celebrate America"
  • Sheridan High School: "On Eagle's Wings"
  • Arkansas Baptist High School: "Be Thou My Vision"
  • Southside High School: "Let There Be Peace on Earth"
  • Bryant High School: "To Where You Are"
  • Augusta High School: "We Shall Overcome"
  • Russellville High School: "Danny Boy"
  • Siloam Springs High School: "I'll Fly Away"
  • Dover High School: "Wild Mountain Thyme"

"Celebrate America" will repeat Thursday, March 17, at 10:30 p.m.
