Oct. 3 Presidential Debate

Do you have an opinion about the candidates for the 2012 presidential election, or are you still making up your mind? Whatever your current decision, tune in to the Oct. 3 debate to get the real scoop on the candidates’ positions on domestic policy straight from the source. Jim Lehrer will moderate the first debate between President Obama and Governor Romney Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 8 p.m.

Held at the University of Denver, Wednesday night’s debate will be divided by a series of questions into six segments of approximately 15 minutes. A live look at the candidates’ opinions on issues vital to the United States’ domestic policy, this debate series allows all Americans an opportunity to get to know our presidential candidates a bit more thoroughly before we choose who we’ll cast our vote for in November. PBS’s own Jim Lehrer will moderate, selecting topics and creating questions before the debates begin.
