Dr. Kellyann Petrucci will be live in the Arkansas Educational Television Network studios Monday, Dec. 7, at 7 p.m. for the premiere of her new special '21 Days to a Slimmer, Younger You With Dr. Kellyann.'

Extra pounds, wrinkles, aching joints, fatigue – it may seem like there's no escape from the downward spiral. Petrucci, author of the blockbuster new book 'Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth Diet,' offers ways viewers can stay slim, young and energetic, without pills, injections or surgery.

Petrucci is a weight loss transformation specialist who's helped thousands of people go from fat, sick and old to young, slender and vibrant. In '21 Days To A Slimmer, Younger You with Dr. Kellyann,' she tells viewers how to undergo their own life-changing transformation in just 21 days. She shares the super-foods that renew cells to erase wrinkles and turn the body into a fat-burning machine. She explains the power of bone broth – what she calls the "liquid gold" to takes years off the skin and melt pounds off the body. Petrucci will also illustrate how short mini-fasts can take weight loss to a new level.

'21 Days to a Slimmer, Younger You With Dr. Kellyann' will repeat Saturday, Dec. 12, at 9 a.m.
