Rena Greenberg visits AETN studios Aug. 9 to discuss 'Easy Willpower'

Posted 04 Aug 2015

Rena Greenberg, who is nationally board certified in biofeedback therapy and hypnotherapy, will visit the Arkansas Educational Television Network (AETN) studios Sunday, Aug. 9, at 6 p.m. to discuss her new program 'Easy Willpower With Rena Greenberg.'

Greenberg's Easy Willpower plan can help viewers achieve their best health – mentally, physically and emotionally. 'Easy Willpower' capitalizes on the popular and effective methods of mindfulness and meditation to reach goals such as breaking an addiction to sugar and carbs, overcoming bad habits or improving moods.

Greenberg gives people tips for using these techniques toward a specific goal, specifically by helping them change their internal conversation from a dominant negative voice to one that is supportive, encouraging and full of self-love. Most people acknowledge that they want the results, but they have little motivation to make the changes to achieve those results. She demonstrates to viewers that, when they tap into the power of their subconscious mind, their past doesn't have to equal their future.

Greenberg has a degree in biopsychology. Over the last 25 years she has worked with more than 100,000 people in 75 medical centers to help them achieve dramatic weight loss. Many of her clients have lost over 100 pounds.
