12 Arkansas students winners in PBS KIDS GO! Writers Contest
AETN received more than 100 entries from students all across Arkansas in this year’s PBS KIDS GO! Writers Contest. Stories such as “The Horse that has Talent” to “The Dingo and the Sparrow” were two of 12 stories named 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in the K-3 contest. The 1st place winners were submitted to PBS to be entered into the national contest – winners will be announced in July.

Cat in the Hat visits the Ft. Smith Convention Center May 5
AETN has partnered with Mercy Clinic Children's Services to bring the star of “The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That” to Ft. Smith, Saturday, May 5. Families are invited to meet Cat at the Ft. Smith Convention Center, 800 Rogers Avenue, Exhibit Hall C from 9 a.m. to noon. Take photos, listen to stories, face painting and more! Bring your camera. Admission is Free.
