DONNA’S INSIDE-OUT CAKE

Phyllis Speer

  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 can lemon icing
  • 4 eggs
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 1 cup water

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a 9” x 13” baking pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 45 minutes. Keeps well and is better the next day. Good for camping.

it works great in the dutch oven, it is also good with choclate.

This is a "keeper!" I tried it with crushed pineapples and used less water. Boy, was it good. Thanks, Phyllis!!! Keep up the good work.

My husband's grandmother made this cake with yellow cake mix and pecan-coconut icing. I can't wait to try the lemon!

My 3 year old granddaughter and I made this cake. I let her pick out the mix and frosting, so she picked out strawberry. This was her first time to help Gannie make a cake. It was a hit with everyone who tried it. Our next try is chocolate.
