Bridge to War Eagle collects poignant stories framed by the old steel bridge and iconic grist-mill of War Eagle Creek in the Ozark Hills. The documentary is a 30-minute film about a wild stream, protected only by those who use it and illustrated by the stories of those who love it. Narrated by country music star Joe Nichols of Rogers, the film celebrates those who have been coming to the War Eagle their entire lives.
Afterwards, Sound Tracks takes you on a global musical adventure that combines the thrill of today's dynamic music scene with the power of social change. Host and Emmy Award-winning newsman Marco Werman and a savvy team of Sound Tracks reporters bring you behind-the-scenes stories about the power of music to touch our hearts and shake things up. Featured segments include: "Jazz Ambassador," Wynton Marsalis, Shakin' the Tree, Youssou N'dour, Into the Mystic, Julie Fowlis, Global Hit, and Of Monsters and Men. Four exceptional artists in live performances and revealing interviews show how music is changing the world.
