Boshears performs her signature gritty, guitar-driven blues rock in the AETN Studios She has been performing in Arkansas since the late 80s. With their unique blend of blues and rock, Boshears band has played music festivals such as the Arkansas River Blues Festival and the King Biscuit Blues Festival.

In 2001, Boshears released her debut CD Chicksinger, which featured a song used on the soundtrack for Come Early Morning, starring Ashley Judd. In 2008, Boshears blended blues, gospel and alternative country with the release of Black Mascara.

Boshears performs with her longtime backing band, which includes Lori Stidham on bass, Walter K on guitar and Charlie Macom on drums.
