By random drawing, we’ve paired off these extraordinary pie-making havens for your tastebuds and each weekday starting Friday, March 2, we’ll hold a vote on Facebook to see which restaurant or bakery advances to the next round.

We’ll randomly select a winning commenter from each preliminary round (final eight and semifinals) of competition to receive a PBS Nerd apron and DVD copy of “Make Room for Pie.” Two winners who vote for Arkansas’s favorite pie in the final round to take the bracket will also be drawn to win an apron, DVD and copy of the book that inspired the film, Kat Robinson’s “Another Slice of Arkansas Pie: A Guide to the Best Restaurants, Bakeries, Truck Stops and Food Trucks for Delectable Bites in The Natural State” (Tonti Press, 2018).
The round one winner will be selected Wednesday, March 14; the round two winner will be drawn Tuesday, March 20; the semifinal round winner will be chosen Wednesday, March 21; and the two final round winners will be selected on Thursday, March 22.
AETN will respond to the winning commenters posts' on Facebook to notify them and to request that they call or email a response with a shipping address. The winner will have 24 hours to claim the prizes and arrange for delivery. This contest is open only to Arkansas residents.
