JJ Virgin to discuss 'The Sugar Impact Secret' live in AETN studios
Posted 26 Nov 2014
JJ Virgin, CNF, CHFS, a celebrity nutrition and fitness expert and three-time New York Times bestselling author, will be live in the Arkansas Educational Television Network (AETN) studios Thursday, Dec. 4, at 7 p.m. to discuss her new program, "The Sugar Impact Secret."
Most people know that sugar is bad for them, but few people know that the impact of sugar can actually be the real cause of inflammation, bloating, metabolic disorders, fatigue and weight gain. "The Sugar Impact Secret" will revolutionize how viewers think about – and eat – sugar.
Virgin will show viewers how to lower their sugar impact, which helps retrain taste buds, restore sugar sensitivity, heal the digestive tract and rev up the metabolism, turning sugar burners into fat burners and promoting rapid weight loss. Dropping sugar also helps to reverse premature aging, while heading off most chronic and inflammatory illnesses where they start.
When many of Virgin's clients come to her, they're frustrated and ready to give up because they feel like they are doing everything right, trying so hard, and it just isn't working. They're already depriving themselves of so much – they don't eat dessert, they've dumped the white flour, they stopped adding that spoonful of sugar to their coffee. They're drinking diet drinks and eating "healthy" frozen meals. But, after all that "healthy" low-calorie, low-fat eating, they end up with the same symptoms they'd get if they were eating a ton of sugar – weight gain, cravings, mood and energy swings, health issues like inflammation, high blood pressure and insulin resistance, and maybe even diabetes.
Virgin explains that the problem is that their healthy diets are packed with hidden sugars, and these sugars are not harmless. She shows viewers how to ditch the hidden sugar, reverse stubborn symptoms, drop weight and feel better fast.
