Debate Rules

  1. No food or drinks allowed in the debate hall.
  2. Please turn off cell phones and pagers (electronic devices).
  3. No campaign signs, buttons or other paraphernalia allowed in the debate hall.
  4. Applause or any other form of audience participation or reaction will not be permitted. Violators will be removed from the debate hall.
  5. Enjoy the debate.

Debate Admission Information

All debates will be held at the Donald W. Reynolds Performance Hall on the University of Central Arkansas campus in Conway. Admission is free, and the public is invited to attend. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Doors to the debate hall will open one hour prior to each debate.

Election 2014: Ballot Initiatives

The proposed initiatives that have reached the ballot will be discussed in this 30 minute program in conjunction with the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. Panelists for the program include Dr. Stacey McCullough, Director of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Public Policy Center and Dr. Wayne Miller, a professor at the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Public Policy Center. The program will be moderated by Steve Barnes.
